Inventory - Adjustments - Reprint Transfer

Use this option to reprint the transfer docket or picking slip for a posted stock transfer batch.

1. Select INVENTORY | ADJUSTMENTS | REPRINT TRANSFER.

Micronet displays the Reprint Stock Transfer screen.

2. Select one of the following options:

• FILE | LOAD TRANSFER BY SOURCE WAREHOUSE
• FILE | LOAD TRANSFER BY DESTINATION WAREHOUSE.

Micronet displays a selection screen with a list of posted stock transfer batches.

3. If required, you can filter the list of batches by Transfer From warehouse, Transfer To warehouse or Transfer No (transfer batch number).

Micronet displays the stock transfer batches matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.

4. Double-click on the batch you want to load, or select a batch and press the Enter key.

Micronet redisplays the Reprint Stock Transfer screen with the batch details.

5. Select one of the following options:

• FILE | REPRINT DOCKET - to reprint the transfer docket to go with the batch to the destination warehouse
• FILE | REPRINT SLIP - to print a picking slip so stores staff can pick the items to be transferred from stock.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

6. Select whether you want the docket or picking slip displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
